NYPD Rules and Regulations
(this is not the training script, don't train with this)
1. Never ask for promotions, pay or rights.
2. Never scam.
3. Never use any foul language within base.
4. Never use any effects within base.
5. Always address higher ranks as "Sir" or "Ma'am"
6. Never discriminate anyone regardless of rank or gender.
7. Never let intruders into HQ (people without the correct badge and motto).
8. Always follow orders given by higher ranks.
9. Never double job (working at two armies at once).
10. Never go AFK or BRB on front desk or security.
11. Never use capital letters within base.
12. Never spam any of the NYPD rooms.
13. ONLY people with the 'Payment' badge are allowed to sell ranks.
If any of these rules are ever broken by an NYPD worker and you wish to report it, please make sure that you have a print screen of what happened, so we can use it as evidence. (normally the button next to your F12 key)
If these rules are broken for whatever reason, you will be punished in the following order:
*Warning
*Strike one
*Strike two
*Strike three (You will be demoted)
*Strike four (You will be suspended)
*Strike five (It is very likely that you will be fired)
If you are demoted, and you refuse to change motto or demote yourself, this may and most likely will result in you being FIRED. If however you apologise for your actions, you may just be put on probation instead, and you will be assigned probation officers who will watch and determine if you have earned back your place in NOPD. If you wish to fire or suspend a member of NYPD for a valid reason, please notify a founder.
Uniform
See there will be mannequins in the Uniform Room to show you what to wear depending on rank :)
Recruiting on the front desks information:
Transfers - High rank transfers are currently open. Only President+ can transfer.
People asking for a transfer - Check that their current group has at least 500 members, and that they have the correct badge to comply with their motto (some people just state a high motto for a transfer when they have only just joined their current group - so be careful!)
Make sure NYPD workers have correct motto, badge and uniform (if their rank needs one) before letting them into HQ.

New York Police Department Rights Holder Policy
Having rights within the NYPD room meaning having the responsiblity of operating and protecting the room. You are not to sit back and play with your power, this may lead you in losing your rights. Anyone asking for them will NEVER be capable of getting them in the future.
Section 1.1: The Administration of Kicking
When someone in the room is being abusive (spamming dancing swearing, using effect etc.) you have the responsibility of taking action. One of the action is kick that person. In the event that the person is from NYPD a warning must be given out before kicking. If that person continues, kick them, make sure to explain why afterwards. If that person is from another agency, the best thing to do is ask them to stop, if they continues take screenie and kick them. later on, report to their base with the provided screenie If that person is not from any agency, kick them right away.
Section 1.2: The Administration of Muting
When a person in a room is being abusive in their language (spamming, swearing, being offensive etc.) The best way to take action would be muting them. When that person is part of NYPD, warning should be given out before muting, mute only for 2-5 minutes. If is someone from another agency, give them a warning and mute them for 10 minutes. If that person is not from any agency, mute them for 10 minutes. You are not to mute anyone just to make them stop talking or to listen to you. If that person isn't from any agency, kick them right away.

In the event when they continue after being kicked/muted. You are allow to ban them. You are not allow to perm ban anyone except for random trollers/spammers. If a worker is continuing his/her action after several kicks/mutes. you are only allow to ban them for ONE hour. When banning people from other agencies, make sure is not permanent (meaning 1 hour to 1 day). The Ban list will be cleared once every 2 months.

New York Police Department Staff Pay Policy
At NYPD, We have our weekly pay on saturdays. NYPD pay because we want to show appreciation to the hard working officers over the week. There is no a strict set of time at saturday, but if you are working on saturday, you will get paid. However, you must be part of the NYPD High Ranking Officer branch inorder to reseve pay.
(Note: Founders has the duty of taking note of who asked for pay over the week and who worked hard that deserves more, if you are on the pay asking list, you will not get paid)
